Week 3 belonged to Rodgers and Sneed. Week 4 handed the stamps to a quarterback who lost and a safety who scored three times.

Bryce Young put up 412 yards and six touchdowns for Nick’s Panthers in a 56–44 war with Detroit. Ji’Ayir Brown turned Swipe’s 49ers into a scoring defense: four interceptions, three pick-sixes, a sack, and a forced fumble in a 45–14 win over Denver.

Everybody else on the board had a heater. Those two owned the week.

Offensive Player of the Week — Bryce Young

A dominant performance. The top offensive effort of Week 4. And it came in a loss.

Detroit dropped 56. Carolina dropped 44. Young still walked out with Offensive Player of the Week because 412 and six scores does not care about the final. Tet McMillan went with him — 158 yards and three touchdowns. Nick’s club did not go quietly against the last unbeaten.

That is how a 2–2 team stays in the conversation. The quarterback just out-dueled a 4–0 offense on volume and still wants the win back.

Defensive Player of the Week — Ji’Ayir Brown

The most impactful performance of the week. Three defensive touchdowns.

Puddin’s Broncos are 0–4. Brown made sure of it. Four interceptions. Three of them went to the house. A sack. A forced fumble. Ricky Pearsall added 112 and two scores on offense, but the graphic did not need a second look on defense.

Week 1 it was Hicks. Week 3 it was Sneed. Week 4 it is Ji’Ayir Brown scoring from the secondary until Denver ran out of footballs.

Gibbs going for four scores is how 4–0 stays 4–0. Achane and Willis stacking 201 and four passing TDs is how Mease keeps beating the rating. Chase’s 233 is a WR1 night. Mendoza at 90 percent in a Chiefs upset is how Da Truth stays dangerous. Golden’s three scores is how Chance won TNF by one.

None of them beat 412 and six. None of them beat three pick-sixes.

Desk verdict

Nick and Bryce Young own the offensive stamp. Four hundred twelve yards. Six scores. In a loss. That is how loud a 2–2 club can still get.

Swipe and Ji’Ayir Brown own the defensive stamp. Four interceptions. Three touchdowns. Denver never recovered. That is the most impactful tape of Week 4.

The rest of the board is the warning: Gibbs, Achane, Chase, JSN, Mendoza, Golden, Willis, Henry, Flowers, Rodgers, Taylor, Burrow all left fingerprints. The standard is already higher than Week 3.
